IT for Healthcare

Overview

This is a 10-week, non-credit, hybrid course where participants will gain essential IT skills for entry-level help desk support tailored for healthcare environments. Upon completion, participants will be prepared to take the CompTIA ITF+ exam. Once certified, participants will be prepared for jobs in hospitals and medical practices as a Help Desk Support Specialist, Desktop Support Technician or Advanced Administrative Assistant.
