Workforce Training Fund

Expand the professional skills of your employees at no cost to you.

The Small Business Direct Access Program provides training slots available free of charge to eligible businesses. Businesses with 100 or fewer Massachusetts employees that contribute to the Workforce Training Fund will be eligible to access training through the Small Business Direct Access Program. Expand the professional skills of your employees by enrolling your employees in upcoming trainings that must be completed on company time.

GCC is offering the following upcoming courses that are eligible to be paid for through the Workforce Development Training Fund.

  • Microsoft Word (Intermediate and Advanced)
  • Microsoft Excel (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced)
  • WordPress 101
  • QuickBooks

The Workforce Training Fund is a program of the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development and is administered by Commonwealth Corporation, a quasi-public state agency that fosters partnerships between industry, education, and workforce organizations.
