A beginner exercise class designed to decrease falls and improve daily activity. Works on balance , flexibility, aerobic capacity and muscle strengthening. Helps with arthritis as well. Equipment needed: a cleared space to move safely around, a chair and props to resemble weights like soup cans/ water bottles or milk jugs.  Small hand weights can also be used.
