In this basic beginner's dance technique class, students will learn the foundations of Middle Eastern belly dance and get some great exercise! This class will cover the basics of hip, rib cage, and arm isolations as well as posture, shimmies, simple turns, traveling steps, veil work, and choreography. You will also experience creative movement and exercise in a positive and fun setting! Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement No experience necessary.
