Our bodies react to the world around us and within us in many ways. In other words, what's going on in our environment affects not only our mind and emotions, but our biological health as well. Often, we are so used to keeping our bodies so tense, that we don't even notice how much our bodies hurt or how strained our muscles are.
Throughout this interactive workshop we will learn:
*How to identify triggers of stress in our body
*How to use the triggers as a tool to reduce stress and reactivity
*How to identify activities/interactions that deplete our energy
*How to implement activities/interactions that will renew our energy.
*Explore how the foods we eat, impact our mood and energy
*Explore foods that can give us energy
*Explore how pleasurable movement promotes health and joy in our lives
*Simple mindful exercises to reduce stress and create more joy and positivity in our lives
