In this 10-hour in-person, remote, or online workshop, participants will explore the role of IT in organizations, prepare strategies for providing high-quality customer service, and develop soft skills that will increase participants’ abilities to provide good customer service. The workshops include many real-world examples, and participants will discuss ways that customer service can be improved in these situations. Participants who actively participate in discussions and demonstrate they have integrated the skills into their approach to serving users will be awarded a digital badge.
