Notify me!Developing a healthy relationship with food is key to establishing healthful eating habits that last a lifetime. In this four-part workshop, you will learn about diet & lifestyle habits that have been proven to optimize health, longevity, and maintain healthy weights. We will discuss self-acceptance, flexibility, and non-judgment mentality surrounding food, allowing for lasting healthful changes to be easily incorporated into their day-to-day lives.
Learn simple, yet effective dietary practices for sustained and healthful eating, including time-saving techniques for easily working them into your dietary routine. Participants will receive a variety of easy, plant-based recipes and meal planning strategies which will allow you to establish lifestyle changes that will last all the way through 2021!
Note- Although this course will be remotely via Zoom, participants are encouraged, if possible, to zoom from your kitchen and cook along with Ashley as she teaches you about plant-based cooking.
About the Instructor:
Ashley Tresoline, owner of Bella Foodie, LLC, is a personal chef who has shared her love of health and wellness through food for more than 6 years. Her expertise has allowed her to educate all age levels, from 4-100, on the value of healthy, organic food and its impact on overall health. Ashley is a regular segment guest on Mass Appeal and has been featured on various media outlets such as Pioneer Valley Communities, The Rhode Show and Macaroni Kid. She has been a contributing writer for Business West and Health Care News.
