In this four-part workshop, you will learn about diet & lifestyle habits that have been proven to optimize health, longevity, and maintain healthy weights. We will discuss self-acceptance, flexibility, and non-judgment mentality surrounding food, allowing for lasting healthful changes to be easily incorporated into their day-to-day lives.

Learn simple, yet effective dietary practices for sustained and healthful eating, including time-saving techniques for easily working them into your dietary routine. Participants will receive a variety of easy, plant-based recipes and meal planning strategies which will allow you to establish lifestyle changes that will last all the way through 2021!

Note- Although this course will be remotely via Zoom, participants are encouraged, if possible, to zoom from your kitchen and cook along with Ashley as she teaches you about plant-based cooking.
