Introduces students to gentle yoga practice with an emphasis on stress reduction and body awareness. Each session includes gentle movement warm-up and a series of gentle yoga postures, breath awareness, guided relaxation and meditation. Students gain sufficient practical kwledge to sustain independent yoga practice.
This is the non-credit option of LED 170.
