If you have ever thought “I can’t possibly sit down, I have a racing mind, I don’t even know where to start or how to meditate, this is ridiculous, I’m wasting my time here…” can learn some very important ways to approach the racing mind and the negativity bias to become a lighter, happier you.

Join Shali Sanders, OB/GYNP, accredited teacher of meditation, from the comfort of your own home via Zoom for four Sunday mornings in March to learn to quiet the mind and unload the chaos. Shali teaches the basic arts of self-awareness through guided sitting practices that anyone can do. She helps her students’ remember their basic softness toward their thoughts and responses and does highlight her classes with humor and respect for one and all. No one leaves a class unhappier. Through thought-provoking teachings, stories and guided meditations based on calming the body and mind down, countless people have benefited.
