Well-being is the experience of health, happiness and prosperity. It includes having good mental health, high life satisfaction, a sense of meaning and the ability to manage stress. The purpose of this workshop is to focus on our emotional well-being, especially during these challenging times.

Throughout this interactive workshop you will learn:

*How to identify symptoms of stress in our bodies

*Straightforward, stress reducing breathing exercises

*Develop a personal self-care plan that feels sustainable to help you take care of your emotional well-being
